The company was founded in 2010 by Jordi Robinat, a Catalan businessman in the real estate and hotel sectors.
Initially based in Alcañiz (Aragon), it moved to Girona in 2014
The management team included Javier Castany, professor at the University of Zaragoza, Jordi Tarrés (as project director for the development of a new trial motorcycle ) and Miki Arpa (in charge of the development of the enduro model ).
The company had and arrangement with the University of Zaragoza to jointly develop the project.
At the end of 2013, Jordi Tarrés and Marc Arañó (sales manager) left the company to found TRS.
Two models were produced, the JT trials machine named for Jordi Tarrés, with a 300cc engine, and the 250cc MK enduro named for its designer Miki Arpa.
