A Brief History of the Marque

70cc Lavalette. The mfg plate is titled "H.B." on an image at antiquites-brocante.fr. The machine looks like a moped but has no pedals and is thus a velomoteur. This appears to be the only mention of the marque at time of writing, March 2017, although ealier there was a listing of a restored 1956 3-speed Lavalette machine on a French sales site.
