HIGHGATE BENCH OF MAGISTRATES JUDICIAL DECISION Re THE SPEED OF J.Å.P.MOTORS. They were of opinion that the defendant, Mr. Duffield (who WAS riding a J.A.P. Motor), had travelled 20 MILES AN HOUR at least UP MUSWELL HILL on the 17th October last. This having exceeded the legal limit, he would therefore have to be fined.
