A Brief History of the Marque

Established 1884, first 98cc Vespa produced in 1946 at Pontedera

Piaggio is the parent company of Vespa and Gilera, among others.

Piaggio closed the Arcore factory, home of Gilera, in 1993.

Italian Motor Bike with a twin front wheel

I was recently at an Italian cycle race and the support teams were using a powerfull motor bike with a set of parallel narrow twin front wheels, it was an Italian name which I can't remember. I was interested to find out more about this strange bike, have you any idea of the make?
