1906 Holder of the six-hour motorcycle record.

1902 November. National Cycle Show 'The stall of the Bat Motor Manufacturing Company is naturally a centre of attraction, for here we have the identical machine on which F. W. Chase made his astonishing six-hour motor cycle record only this week, and which the same rider rode 50 miles 1hr 7min 2-5sec last September. Little the worse wear is this machine, which is said to have covered 2000 miles without any serious attention the engine being necessary.'
