Betty and Nancy Debenham, with their dog, Poncho, were keen motorcyclists. Nancy won a Gold Medal at Brooklands in 1926.

Jacques Boudet, Gilles Portal and Marcel Seurat
The company was originally named Motos Boudet-Portal, BP, formed in 1970, and was renamed to BPS in 1973 when Seurat joined.
From 1975 some of the BPS machines were built by SWM, and re-branded BPS after performance modifications.
Engines fitted were from Aspes, Sachs, Franco-Morini, and possibly others.

I have inherited a 1976 plated BPS 125 Sport road. Green with yellow BPS tank badge, and wire wheels. Would like to know please if this model was on market before the similar ASPES. Thank you
