The museum has some fifty motorcycles from the 1950s and 60s, dating back through the 30s and 20s to the early years of the 20th century. Machines include Tazio Nuvolari's Bianchi, an original Rondine-based MV Agusta, Moto Frera, a 200 km/h Lambretta... many are in original condition and honestly represent the art and industry of Italian motorcycling.

This machine was presented at the 1950 Milan Motorcycle Show. A particular characteristic of this lightweight motorcycle was the possibility of turning the scooter structure in a setting motorcycle, staring horizontally in front of the saddle the top box-shaped tank. Depending on the number plate, the specimen registration owned by the National Museum of Science and Technology "Leonardo Da Vinci" dates back to 1952.
Questa motocicletta venne presentato al Salone del Ciclo e del Motociclo di Milano del 1950. Caratteristica particolare di questa motoleggera era la possibilita di trasformare l'assetto scooteristico in un'impostazione motociclistica, fissando orizzontalmente davanti alla sella il bauletto a forma di serbatoio. In base al numero di targa, l'immatricolazione dell'esemplare posseduto dal Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia "Leonardo Da Vinci" risale al 1952.
