First registered on the 1st of January 1931, this is an extremely unique & unsual machine from the Osborn Engineering Company of Gosport, Hants. Featuring OEC's own Duplex Steering system, specially developed by them. This particular machine is fresh from long term storage, believed to have last been on the road in 1978.
