At the time of the industrial boom in Argentina and largely thanks to the purchase of a Sachs license by the TELEVEL company, a strong production of motorcycles was developed in the country in addition to the PUMA. Many smaller factories arose that acquired the engine, with other components provided mostly by the IAME company.
Thus emerged more than forty new brands of motorcycles, today mostly unknown, that went out with products similar to the PUMA in limited production. There were motorcycles, scooters and motofurgones; the custom of the use of two wheel transport for various purposes was strengthened and the inevitable spirit of competition that found its best moment in this period was also established.
Thanks to some memoirs and publicity of the time, more contributions from those who still have some of these copies, we leave this space to recover the memory of the history of Argentine motorcycling.
Below you will see a list of the brands that I was able to rescue, which in no way is complete. I would appreciate it if you send me information about the ones that are already there or those that may be missing.

En la época del auge industrial en Argentina y en buena medida gracias a la
compra de la licencia del Motor Sachs por parte de la empresa TELEVEL, se
desarrolló en el país una fuerte producción de motos además de las PUMA.
Surgieron muchas fabricas de menor envergadura que adquirían el motor y buena
parte de los demás componentes a autopartistas que mayormente proveían también a
la empresa IAME.
Surgieron así mas de cuarenta nuevas marcas de motos, hoy la mayoría
desconocidas, que salieron a la calle con productos similares a la PUMA en
producciones limitadas. Hubo motocicletas, motonetas y motofurgones; se afianzó
la costumbre del uso de las dos ruedas para menesteres variados y se arraigó el
inevitable espíritu de competición que encontró en esta época también su mejor
momento.
Gracias a algunos memoriosos y publicidades de la época, mas aportes de quienes hoy todavía poseen algunos de estos ejemplares, dejamos este espacio para recuperar la memoria de la historia del motociclismo argentino.
Mas abajo verán un listado con las marcas que hasta hoy pude rescatar, que de ninguna manera es limitativo. Les agradeceré que me envíen información sobre las que ya están o las que puedan faltar.
