Zundapp had done very well in the ISDT and consequently sales of the enduro machines were strong, but they had had limited success in motocross until the early 70s when when Andre Malherbe won the 1973 and 1974 125 World Cup Championships.
The MC125 is similar to the GS125, without lights of course, and with an underslung expansion chamber.
