This is the two speed version of Excelsior's Autobyk & is powered by Excelsior's own engine rather than the more common Villiers engined models. As autocycles go this is a rare model. Comes with latest DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for road tax (i.e. free road tax) & benefits from being MOT exempt under the recent pre-1960 rule.
