Peugeot Scooters of the 1950s

Peugeot exhibited its first scooter, the S.55 model at the 1953 Paris Salon

The following year's Salon saw the introduction of the S57 and in 1955 a lighter, solo seat version joined the range, the S57 AL, along with the 150cc S.157.

1956 brought the S.57B which had largely cosmetic changes, and the 150cc S.57C made its debut in 1957.

Most of these models were also offered under the Griffon and Automoto labels.
