Established by Alfredo Ciresa in via Vittorio Veneto as a dealer in 1988 [1], the Moto Spa firm began producing HM motorcycles using Honda components in 1994. By 2013 they had 52 employees at their new factory in via Alla Cascata, producing motorcycles of 50cc and 125cc powered by Minarelli and Moto Morini engines.
Much later the firm began a relationship with Yamaha converting WR models for road-going use. The company name was changed to Vent Moto srl in 2017, and now produces 50cc and 125cc motard and enduro models at its factory in Introbio, Valsassina.
N.B. 1. laprovinciaunicatv.it says the firm was established 1983.

Villa
Manufactured by Amleto Villa of Strada Maggiore 10, Bologna, c.1953 to c.1959.
Established before 1928, Amleto Villa built and sold bicycles, accessories and spare parts. The young Marco Cimatti won a Gold Medal on a Villa bicycle at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1932. After the war, Villa built mopeds; at least one type in 1953 and two others released in 1959. Competition from larger manufacturers made it impossible to compete, and moped construction ceased. Villa continued with his bicycle business.
The marque is unrelated to that of Walter Villa

VOR
1996~
VOR Motori, Ronco Briantino, Milan
The brothers Guido and Alvaro Vertemati formed a new brand, the VOR. Following a disagreement with their partners at VOR they left the new firm and returned to Vertemati.
VOR continued to operate but encountered financial difficulties in late 2000. Ownership of the company was transferred to Mondial.
