1948 Ariel Square Four 4H

The museum formerly at Napier housed an extraordinary collection. It has moved to the home of the World's Fastest Indian.

1948 was the last year the 1000cc 4H engine with cast-iron barrels and head was produced. The following year an all-alloy engine was introduced.
