The HMT Ice Racer

The HMT is currently one of the most used types of machines in the world of iceracing at this present moment in time.

These machines are made in Germany by former 500 cc grasstrack sidecar - rider, Harald Mossmer from Trauchau. You will observe* that the name HMT are formed by the his initials together with the initial of his hometown.

The frames are made from high quality square section tubing, and also uses a monoshock system for the rear suspension.

At the last World Championship races held in Assen (1999), the result was as follows:

1st. Drogalin on a TIBO - JAWA with 26 pts.

2nd. Zorn on a HMT - JAWA with 25 pts.
