Moto Guzzi 125 2C 1979-1981

Benelli and Moto Guzzi were both owned by Alejandro de Tomaso during the 1970s and a number of machines were produced under both marques with little but the badges to differentiate them. This was the case with the 2C.

Engine: twin-cylinder four-stroke. Bore x stroke: 45.5 x 38 mm. Engine capacity: 123.5 cc. Compression ratio: 10.6:1. Max. power: 16.3 DIN hp (11.9 kW) at 11000 rpm. Carburettor: Dell'Orto PHBG 20. Electrical installation: battery. Electric starter.

Transmission: primary by gears. secondary by chain. Multi-plate clutch in oil bath. Five-speed gearbox.

Frame: tubular frame. Tyres: front 2.75 x 18 R. rear 3.00 x 18 R.

Brakes: front disc brake 26 cm dia., rear drum brake 15.8 cm dia.

Fuel tank: capacity 8.5 liters Weight: 110 kg.

Performance: max. speed 130 km/h. Consumption 3.3 liters per 100 km.
